The project supports long-term performance through durable exterior materials and maintenance-conscious building systems suited to New Mexico’s dry, high-sun environment. Preserving and maintaining serviceable components can help reduce unnecessary replacement and construction waste.

Large windows and glazed doors also introduce natural daylight into common areas, while durable finishes help accommodate frequent resident use and reduce future maintenance requirements.

Interior amenity spaces feature warm wood ceilings, contemporary lighting, textured feature walls, comfortable lounge furniture, and flexible gathering areas. Resident spaces include seating zones, game areas, meeting spaces, and communal amenities designed for both social activity and everyday use.
