Project Description
Solameer was selected to restore the roofing system at Sugar Flats following fire damage caused by an adjacent building. The existing multi-layered roofing structure had sustained significant damage, necessitating a complete tear-off and replacement.
Our team installed a high-performance Versico 60-mil TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) single-ply roofing membrane, known for its energy efficiency, durability, and superior weather resistance. The project required expert remediation and installation to ensure long-term protection and compliance with modern building standards.
- Fire-Damage Remediation: Full removal of compromised roofing materials across multiple layers due to extensive heat and fire exposure.
- Versico TPO System: Installation of a 60-mil white TPO membrane by Versico Roofing Systems, offering UV resistance, heat-welded seams, and long-term weather protection.
- Energy Efficiency: The white reflective surface of the TPO membrane improves energy performance by reducing cooling loads.
- Durability and Longevity: Versico’s TPO system is engineered for excellent puncture resistance, chemical resistance, and heat aging.
