This project involved the full removal and replacement of an aging commercial roofing system across a multi-building retail center in Johns Creek, GA. The scope included installing a new high-performance TPO membrane designed to improve long-term waterproofing, energy efficiency, and structural resilience. Work was completed above active tenant spaces, requiring careful coordination to minimize business disruption and maintain safe public access throughout the duration of the project.
Key project highlights:
The roofing system was engineered to optimize thermal performance and long-term durability for multi-tenant commercial use. The new white TPO membrane provides exceptional UV resistance, reduces heat absorption, and lowers rooftop temperatures—supporting both energy savings and mechanical equipment longevity.
The design also accommodates the numerous rooftop HVAC units, electrical conduits, and exhaust penetrations across the structures, ensuring proper flashing, reinforcement, and water management.
