Lotte Hotel is a luxury hospitality property in Washington featuring refined dining, lounge, and gathering spaces with expansive views of the surrounding city. The project focused on creating sophisticated commercial interiors that support dining, socializing, private meetings, and guest relaxation within a cohesive, high-end environment.
The design concept combines contemporary elegance with warm, residential comfort. Natural wood flooring, upholstered wall and ceiling panels, custom furnishings, and soft neutral finishes establish an inviting atmosphere. Abstract rugs, sculptural lighting, and varied seating arrangements add visual character while defining distinct zones throughout the open interior.
The project supports long-term performance through durable commercial-grade finishes, adaptable furniture layouts, and efficient use of the existing interior footprint. Floor-to-ceiling windows maximize natural daylight and reduce dependence on artificial lighting during daytime hours.
Long-lasting wood surfaces, resilient upholstery, and flexible gathering areas also help extend the functional life of the renovated spaces.
Interior highlights include a spacious lounge and bar, flexible dining areas, built-in shelving, private meeting spaces, and a variety of seating configurations. Decorative ceiling panels, custom rugs, warm lighting, mirrored walls, and natural wood finishes create a layered and sophisticated hospitality environment.
Expansive perimeter windows connect the interiors to Washington’s urban skyline, bringing natural light into the space and providing elevated city views throughout the guest areas.
