Calo is a roofing restoration project in Utah focused on protecting and extending the service life of a large elevated parking structure within a multifamily community. The project centers on restoring the exposed deck surface, improving waterproofing performance, and creating a durable traffic-bearing system capable of supporting daily vehicle use and Utah’s changing seasonal conditions.
The project approach prioritizes durability, waterproofing, and long-term traffic performance. The broad concrete deck is treated as both a driving surface and a critical protective assembly, requiring a seamless system that can resist moisture intrusion, vehicle wear, temperature fluctuations, and repeated daily use while maintaining a clean, uniform appearance.
